Follow in his footsteps and move onto explore Florence’s town hall, The Palazzo Vecchio and unveil the history of the lost fresco of the Battaglia di Anghiari by the master himself.

Explore the Tuscan, Renaissance lands outside of Florence that Da Vinci was surrounded by, with a visit to Museo Leonardiano in Vinci and Anchiano, the house where Leonardo was born. Moving up to the rolling Montalbano Hills, where Leonardo took inspiration, guests can opt to trek on Monte Ceceri, where Leonardo tested his flying machines.

Tuscany Now & More have compiled a couple of their most historical properties that are linked to the Leonardo da Vinci narrative. I Giullariis conveniently located by the San Donato a Scopeto Church, originally the home of Leonardo Da Vinci’s ‘Adoration of the Magi’, which has now been returned to the Uffizi after a major restoration. Meanwhile Podere Nuccioli is located in the area of Fiesole near Monte Ceceri, where Leonardo da Vinci experimented with his flying machines.
